We were paired as Ravi with Jaya, Mohan with Banu, Balu with Latha and Vijay with Hema (For those of who followed the story so far and are wondering who our moms are Balu’s (me) – Banu, Ravi’s – Hema, Vijay’s – Latha, Mohan’s – Jaya).

Hema is relieved as she was worried that a combination she feared may happen. She did not want to be paired with her own. The window blinds were fully closed and the room only had a dimmed light. We could see each other but it was a bit dark like in a night lamp setting. Lali was the fairer one, and all our moms were a bit on the darker side.
