My name is Rajesh, 29. This happened 2 months ago. I was married in March 2025. My wife’s name is Sirisha, 25. For our honeymoon, we went to Kerala.

It’s a 10-day package. And we got picked up at Kochi railway station. The driver is not the driver; he is the owner’s son. Due to peak season, he himself got to work. So he will be there with us till the last day. So he took us to the hotel, and day 1 is all in Kochi.

As I have car sickness, I always sit in the back seat, and my wife is in the front passenger seat. He took a few places, and all while I was away to get the tickets or something, I used to observe that he was talking to her and all. I didn’t bother. Because he is the owner, and it didn’t bother me.

So everything is good till day 6. By night, we reached Munnar, and I got checked in. For dinner, we went to a restaurant. There, we met another Telugu couple, and we talked and discussed the itinerary. They said that the next day, both of us had the same plan. And we had dinner and turned back to the room.

When I woke, I was not feeling well.  I said to my wife that I can’t travel. She said, “Let’s cancel today’s plan, and we will stay in the hotel.” I thought, ok and headed to breakfast.

Then, that couple reached us and said their driver still hadn’t shown up, and there was a car breakdown. “Can we travel with you today?” My wife said we cancelled today’s plan because of my health. I said they can go in our car. I said, “Sirisha, why don’t you go with them? I will take a rest.”
